I will never go anywhere else to buy a car! Amy and Debbie in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with a budget and they were able to work with me to find a good car in my price range. They took care of all my financing and made the experience painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience here. I came back a few times and was never pressured into buying. When I found a car I wanted and was ready to sign the paperwork, the office staff was really helpful. The price was what I was looking to pay & there weren't any hidden fees like some places. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I wanted to buy a new car without the hassle of going through craigslist or the pain of going to a dealership. The cccpaa staff were courteous and knowledgeable in regards to what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. First of all I do not like car shopping it is usually do stressful. At contra costa county public auto auction it was not at all! They are a no pressure lot with a very friendly staff. Amy assisted me with my Mercedes purchase and was able to do all my financing and I was in and out pretty quick. I highly recommend them and love my car! It is super comfortable and runs great. They even let me take it for a pre purchase inspection.

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado fully loaded first time buyer they got me an excellent interest rate that I could not that I couldnt refused on it yes that was super helpful. I didn't really appreciate no hassle purchased Will recommend this place at all times there's a lot of inventory for you guys to go choose from I recommend you guys stop by and check there inventory.

I highly recommend CCCPAA to buy your next car. The staff is very helpful and my last purchase from them was very simple + my car is still driving great. Will definitely be returning to them for my next car.

They have awesome customer service! I would defiantly do business with them again!! they helped my out when I was looking to buy a Chevy Tahoe, and they had just what I was looking for!

Buyers beware! We had the absolute worst experience with cccpaa. I sincerely wish we would have looked more thoroughly for reviews on this dealer before attempting to purchase a car from them. Lesson learned. Don't by from Contra Costa County Public Auto Auction like others have said they are completely unprofessional, absolute crooks.



The female employee that reviewer hdelgros dealt with was just as dishonest and misleading as she was with us. I honestly don't know how this employee still has a position with this company. The lack of quality customer service will drive your consumer base to other dealerships as there are plenty in the area with quality cars to sell.
