This company came out and did a quote to install a AC unit. It took us a about a week to decide where we wanted the unit since we didn't want to cut a hole in our wood deck.
We called back and gave them the go for install. The lady said he wanted to speak with us once more before ordering anything. Well I called on Monday and was told I would get a call from him Tuesday morning the next day...still nothing. Called again Tuesday afternoon and told he would for sure call me Wednesday morning...guess what no call again after 3 days! I called them once again Wednesday late morning and was told he wasn't available and she had NO answer for me after she had already promised several times a return call before he went out on calls.
I aksed if he wanted the job since he came out and gave us the estimate, the lady's response "I'm not really sure"

I highly recommend you stay away from this company!

Why come out and give a quote if you are never going to follow through with your customer to complete a job? If you are to busy which you seem you are then please don't waist peoples time and just be up front with them instead of promising to get back with us day after day after day!
