This business WORKED on my Cadillac for 1month and 6 days and put the same COMPUTER back in my car.MY CAR IS STILL BROKE DOWN IN MY DRIVEWAY and the owner Lisa and mechanic MIKE B. have yet to REPAIR my car.THEY WERE PAID IN FULL and I exhausted my RENTAL ALLOTMENT.The owner REFUSES TO REFUND my money and LAUGHED when I asked to be refunded for SERVICES that weren't RENDERED!She did say however that when the USED COMPUTER CAME she WOULDN'T charge me $245 for labor since her mechanic had replaced the DEFECTIVE COMPUTER that SHE {THE OWNER} purchased for my 1995 Cadillac Eldorado North Star.IT WAS HER PROBLEM not mine right?She said that if she got one she would call me and it would take about 10 minutes to put in.Dave's Auto Repair was the ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE experience.I can't even RATE this repair shop because there is nothing lower than a ZERO!!! I would not recommend ANYONE to take their car there!I am disgusted.She laughed and said OH YOUR POOR CAR is FALLING APART.ADDING INSULT TO INJURY thanks Lisa and Mike for your SLOPPY,DISHONEST,UNRELIABLE,UNPROFESSIONAL,and HORRIBLE WORK you did to my car,IT IS NOW INOPERABLE and parked in my DRIVEWAY.She thinks this is fine but I'm headed to SMALL CLAIMS COURT.Will keep you posted.It was my DREAM CAR.I now have no TRANSPORTATION to get my kids to school,my expecting "ANYDAY NOW" daughter to the hospital and my MUSCLE DISEASE has flared up do to the STRESS!The day I picked the car up from the shop after THEY CLAIMED it was RUNNING GREAT it BROKE DOWN in a BUSY INTERSECTION in PINOLE and eventually restarted with EVERY CODE ERROR YOU COULD IMAGINE!Thanks for STEALING MY MONEY and LEAVING me without a car and NO OTHER OPTIONS.What ever happened to customer SATISFACTION and Guarantee?My DREAM car is now just a FIXTURE in my DRIVEWAY,THANKS "DAVE'S AUTO REPAIR for the ongoing NIGHTMARE,Dum-me!
