I have been doing business with Rent King for over 20 years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The selection is great and if there is something you want that they don't have they will order it for you. Thank you Rent King for always being there when I need you.

Decided to give them a try and lease a computer until my PC was repaired, figuring this would be a simple application but Wow was I wrong, everything but the FBI background check and 5 references they repeatedly called during working hours then calls me complaining they couldn't get ahold of them, "DUH" they work during the day so call them after 5. That sent up red flags plus the fact they don't carry high end merchandise like the competitors and wanting 5-references is ridiculous. Mr. intelligent the finance guy calls me again and now wants my social security number and set up delivery promises to call back then disappears, no call, no computer, nothing!!! 1-star is too many for these clowns and the generic junk they carry lets just say stay away from Rent King in P. Park and where ever else they may be and deal with someone that at least makes commercials and has a reason to charge you $3000 for a $500 computer!!!
