I was looking for a local medical alarm company here in st. Petersburg fl and called 3 of them on 1.1.18. Yes, New Year Day. Anyway only one of these companies answered and it was this ADC which it seems that when i called they answered Rapid Response Medical Alarms. I asked what ADC was....they changed their company name a few years ago and it was never updated with yp. Anyway they answered all my question and I went with them for the order. Since we are from PA and visiting Mom for the holidays we only have a few days to get this setup. They came out this tuesday morning at 9 AM - took them 30 minutes to setup and demonstrate how the service works. I couldn't believe that it even work all the way to the elevator. What's so wonderful is that I have inlaws in PA we are ordering this service for them as well. Thank you Rapid Response for being avaiable......
