Horrible customer service I walked into their store this morning, I was the only person in the store, The man behind the counter was on his cell phone but discontinued the call when I walked up, I greeted him with "Good morning, How are you today?" he simply stared at me. I once again asked (with a smile) how are you today, Again, nothing. The thought raced through my mind, why would I ever want to support such ignorant human behavior with even a penny? I turned around and walked out the door, all the time the man behind the counter saying nothing at all. LOL, I jumped in my car, went to amazon.com and ordered the two table lamps I had come up to the store to purchase. With the lesson in mind, Until people here in Miami figure out how to provide customer service that comes close to human interaction, I'd rather put my money in ups delivery and companies located somewhere else. At least I got a thank you emal from amazon.
