A Tech - Mark came out to our house and advised us that we needed a new compressor as our air conditioner stopped working. He also told us that we needed a new unit because the unit we had was outdated and would not pass expectation. He told us even with a new compressor it could break again at any time a year from now a month from now etc. hence needing a new unit. He filed report to our Home warranty company and ONLY told them we needed a compressor. We asked him to tell the Home Warranty company the whole story and he fused and fused to do our repair. We found this to be extremely frustrating as he did not have our best interest. He came to our house pre-determining that the warranty company is going to take the easy the way out by just replacing a part rather than updating or replacing the entire system. We are dissatisfied with the service from this tech and the outcome.
