Frustrated by how long it took technicians to show up when your furnace breaks down, Pat decided that he needed a real person other than a technician answering the phone 24/7. So he assigned at least one administrator to sleep with the phone every night. That way she could schedule your appointment, send a technician right away and get you comfort when you need it, not just when a technician feels like it.
