I had to cancel my reservations 2 weeks prior to my stay due to my Motorhome getting damaged with the severe weather. This was one of three camping trips I had to cancel. However this camprgounds was the "ONLY ONE" to charge a cancellation fee! They claimed it was due to the fact I used a credit card to secure my reservation, which they insisted upon at the time of my reservation! When I stated my objection to the satff member that answered the phone she then layed the phone down and announced to another staff member, "This lady is complaining about the cancellation fee you wanna talk to her?" Needless to say I found the first 2 campgrounds much more professional to work with and have rescheduled with them, I will not have anything to do with this place.

Awesome campgroung! Clean, friendly, nice people, and modern. Our 4WD club has camped over the years at different places and have always left unhappy. Twin grove rocks. They "bend over backwards" to make your visit enjoyable. This is the BEST campground around if you go to Rausch Creek.
