Our adventure starts during Pine City's city-wide garage sale. We came to town to check out the sales and as we were following signs hither-thither, we came across Stan's Equipment Center and were like, hmmmm. We'd been looking at used tractors for over a year, but hadn't really found anything that we wanted or that fit our needs. We had honestly just decided to start looking at new and there was Stan's pretty tractors, all in a row.

It was too late on a Saturday so after the garage sales closed, we came home and found Stan's Equipment Center online and started looking at tractors... and we started to get excited. The prices were fantastic!

Using their contact form from the website, we shot off a few questions about the CT1021 and the CT1025 Bobcats and early the next week, Jason started answering all our questions.

By the middle of the week, we were comfortable enough to plan to come on Saturday to see the CT1025 in person. Jason was great about answering all our questions via email, which is my preferred form of communication.

On Saturday, one week after discovering Stan's Equipment Center, we drove back to Pine City and met Jason and checked out the CT1025 Bobcat. We found it perfect for our needs and the deal was struck. A simple straightforward sale with no games, no pressure, no stress, just some conversation that led to a great sale: a couple of country boys talking about tractors.

Our Bobcat CT 1025 was delivered the following Tuesday and we've already used it to clear stumps and move sand (we live in the "Isanti Sand" area. *wry grin*)

I highly recommend Stan's Equipment Center for all your land ownership and agriculture needs.

I Scheduled service last week for my riding lawn mower as part of the "spring special" which stated on stans website that you get free pickup and delivery when you schedule a complete maintenance package. When I asked about the different packages I was offered 3, I chose the basic package which was close to $50..and I also wanted my blades sharpened. Got a call this week saying my mower was ready, total price was $164 and some change. When I asked about why it was so much they said pickup and delivery was $60 and the packages did not include labor; on top of that, they charged me for a more expensive package that included blade sharpening, blade sharpening was $40 more. (For 2 blades) I asked why so much, as last year it was $10 per Blade, they said it's $20 to take the blades off. (Which I would have taken them off if somebody would have told me that, it takes 5 mins)! I explained that nobody said labor was not included and that I scheduled my mower for maintenance as part of the "spring special" so pick up and delivery was supposed to be free. I was told $60 would be subtracted for the pickup and delivery, but was still not happy I was being charged over $100 for the entire package that shouldn't have been more than $75. When they dropped it off the total bill was $112, he said they took off some of the labor charges and a few small parts, but I was told I still had to pay for pick up and delivery...I was shocked again, because I was just told that pickup and delivery would be taken off...I was told that because I didn't choose a complete package as it says on their website that I have to pay pickup and delivery. I said I did choose a complete package, one of 3 that was offered to me. He said the only complete package is the most expensive one that costs $140. I feel I was completely ripped off by stans equipment in pine city, mn., and I was lied to, and that they advertised services for free and charged me for them after they had my riding mower. I would never go back there again and will be sure to tell everybody about my crappy experience I had...
