I love this hospital for my animals Jack is awesome and detailed and explains everything About three to four years ago four Doctors from Flannery animal Hospital have bought Jacks practice. Jack is still there and two of the doctors that bought his practice are up there as well on certain days they are awesome Dr Jack is great, Dr E Evans treats them as if he is uncle to all of them, Dr Stillman who treats them as if they were his own. One of Stillmans specialty is orthopedics. He did surgery on my onyx both knees she is doing well

Dr Evans removed a small tumor on onyx as well and made sure it was sufficient removal as to not worry as much. The office staff are awesome and friendly. Considering I am prone to panic they are awesome with me.

They are now open every other Saturday 9-12:30

We have been going to Dr. Jack's office for the past 16 years. He is absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain (sometimes in great detail) everything that is going on with our pets. I would recommend him to anyone and have. As for the post from a few years ago about him not even doing the surgery???? What are you talking about? Yes, Jack does the surgery and has for anything that we have ever needed. There is another vet that has been there for a few years as well, maybe they are referring to him?? I can call in the morning and get an appointment the same day if I need to. He'll call me back anytime I need him to, even after hours. I travel 30 minutes just to go to his office!! One of the best.

I was also recommended by a friend to this office and was able to be seen immediately for an emergency. My dog had immediate surgery and her care was impeccable. I highly recommend this office to anyone who loves their pets as their kids.

It seems people like to go the Pine Bush Animal Hospital for Dr. Jack. However, the place is dirty with full of dog & cats hair and it smells. We trusted good recommendations of Dr. Jack, so we took our dog for his ear infection. He seems he was nice, but he did not even let me talk but we decided to stick with him for our dog's neutering. However we felt we were betrayed after we found out that Dr. Jack was not the doctor who did surgery. The management in the office is so poor that made us retest something that Dr. Jack did not order or approve. They hand over the medications without explaining what they are for or when to start. When we call for questions, long wait and the last appointment we had was 40 mins wait in a small smelly exam room. There is only one administrative person who sits with her computer. It takes long time to get her attentions to even talk, and ask questions. Dr. Jacks likes to talk but not listen, concludes for what we like to hear. He can't follow up because he is busy?? All the test results we hear are different from the tech and doctor or a girl who answers the phone so we do not know, why he was retested and what for?? and why we had to come back many times ?? to pay for the tests he did not need? or pay for revisit fee of $35?? or Dr. Jack's expensive time that he can't even follow up. He is the doctor who seems care for all the patients-animals but I would say, another Vet who looks friendly and care for everyone, but another small business trying to pay their bills. Please find another Vet for your pet.
