Walgreens pharmacy at 28th in Pine Bluff is the worst Pharmacy I've ever used. I transferred my business there almost a year ago. And has been the worst experience ever. From making mistakes, poor very slow service. You can't call this Pharmacy and stay on the phone no less then 45 to an hour or more. You can't use the chat line that is totally ridiculous. They don't even come on to chat, you just sit there waiting to chat with somebody. You can't use the drive thru unless you want to wait for 45 - hour. You stand in line from 25 and 35 to 40 minutes. It is just the worst Pharmacy I have ever use and as soon as I can get out of there I'm gone and I won't ever be back. Something should be done about the service it is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. And don't ever try to call them that's a joke. What kind of management runs a place like this? This Pharmacy offers every service you can imagine and none of them work. Hire some people and some management to manage these people. Y'all have got to do better than what you do.
