I'm very disgruntled!!! I went through the drive-thru tonight, 10/17/16 . There was a car in front of me and I was at the intercom, placing my order. This rude bitch swerved around me and cut in between me and the car in front of me and proceeded to complain to the poor kid working the window. He should have gotten his shift supervisor and that person should have told that person to pull forward and they would help her when it was her turn! First I was told that they were all out of the apple empanadas, like usual!!!! Then when I get my order of 6 crunchy tacos home, EVERY single one of them looked like someone smashed them, on purpose!!!!!!!! I called and asked to speak to the shift supervisor and as I was explaining what happened, the call was disconnected!!! I called right back and when I said, " my call got disconnected, she was like, oh, ( like she really couldn't care less!!! ) She finally offered either a refund or a replacement and I told her that I'd accept a replacement!!! When I asked her if she'd like to take down my name, she seemed like she had an attitude and responded, " Well, that would be helpful " Overall, this was the single worst visit to your establishment that I've ever had!! You might want to instruct your employees to keep the apple empanadas on hand, as it seems that every time I come there, you're all out!!! I've worked in retail for almost 20 years and I know the importance of giving good customer service and your business would do well to train your employees on what good customer service means!!!! This is the Taco Bell on M-36 in Pinckney, MI. It was around 7:30 p.m. and interestingly enough, I wasn't given my receipt, either!!!

Their posted hours are not correct, be warned they often close early at midnight even though their drive thru hours are supposed to be open till 1 am.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ARE THE NEXT VICTIM!! I am certain that if you have ordered here in the last few months, that you have had the same experience so please file a complaint with the corporate office so others do not become victims.



This Taco Bell is run by con artist's! EVERY time I order there(and why it has been more then once is because I'm an idiot and there is no other restaurants for miles) there is absolutely ZERO cheese and the amount of the other main ingredient, meat is ridiculous!!! No matter what kind of item you order, beef or chicken, the item is nothing close to what it should be to the point that you can't tell the difference of what they are. They are basically lettuce taco's, again with ZERO cheese and so little meat it is ridiculous. Cheese and meat are the two items that cost a facility the most and this store is obviously ripping people off by not putting either of these items in their food. I want to be very clear that I DO NOT ask for no cheese or meat. On my last visit I addressed the issue when I ordered and they didn't make things better, they made it worse. Then when I asked for a refund, they were very rude to the point of telling me that if I didn't leave the drive through, they would call the police. I will no longer eat at Taco Bell because not only are they very rude, but the main corporate office where you file complaints, is on their side,think I'm lying and don't address your complaint. I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally in my life for something that costs less then $10. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS PLACE SO THEY EITHER REPLACE THE OWNER OR THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! If I could I would rate it with -100 stars because it is that ridiculous!!!
