I used to visit this salon frequently, as the service was excellent when they first opened a few years back. Over the years it seems as though the quality of the services provided has gone down, down, down. I get the SAME nail tech every time (despite efforts to avoid him, I still don't know what his name is...) and he rushes to get them done and every time I leave upset. He airbrushed a pattern onto my nails, then went back to go over it again and it looked awful, it wasn't lined up the same, I had them painted and he applied polish so thick it took hours to dry and I ended up with smudge and finger prints in my polish, and on a visit for a fill and french airbrush, the french tips weren't even with the other fingers, and he polished LINT and some other speck of something into two of my nails (and it was very obvious, not something he could've easily missed.)
