My first and last experience with Pilot Mechanical was not very good. I had them service my A/C in Kernersville, NC. First of all, they did not stand by the original quote that I had gotten from them and when I brought it up to them all I got was well this is the price. Most companies stick by their quotes. Secondly, I was charged for more hours then they were at my house and when I asked about this they tell me it is driving time and they consider driving time from Pilot Mountain. If you are going to do business in Kernersville then you need to have a local station or fee for coming out where everyone pays the same price regardless of where they live. This should also be mentioned upfront. I will not be using them again but for you that do, get everything in writing.

The crew at Pilot Mechanical installed our heating and air conditioning system. We were very pleased with their performance and service. We use them on all of our properties.
