This resort is under new ownership/management. The owners were extremely accommodating and outgoing. The motel rooms are freshly remodeled with new laminate wood floors, bathroom fixtures, and beds. It appears that they even replaced the sheet rock walls. The rooms are very clean and modernized. The food in the restaurant is excellent! One night I arrived after the restaurant was closed and the bartender offered to go to the kitchen and make me a salad. Very surprising service. Everyone is friendly. The campsites are set up well with water and electricity. There is a really nice fish cleaning facility. The boat ramp is extremely wide. I saw campers pulling boats drive to the bottom, do a U-turn and then back their boats in. I would highly recommend this location for a boating, fishing, or camping destination.
