This is the first online review I have ever written, but I felt that it was important to share my experiences with Piermont Bicycle Connection because they have really treated me right over the years. I am an avid cyclist and have bought a number of bikes from Piermont Bicycle Connection. I purchased a high-end bicycle from them in the fall 2009 and this spring I noticed a small crack in the frame I was beside myself, but Glenn and the whole staff at Piermont Bike really helped me through the experience every step of the way. They were able to negotiate getting a replacement bicycle for me in record time and at no cost to me. While there may be better “deals” available at online retailers, it is priceless to have the security that there will be someone there who can help you if something breaks on your bike. It is an investment worth making in my opinion.They also offer free adjustments for the lifetime of the bicycles they sell, which certainly can add up!



Their ebay program is a great way to help finance bicycles, gear and accessories. I drop off stuff for them to sell on my behalf and the proceeds of the sale are instantly converted to store credit with absolutely no effort on my part. It’s genius!



Not only do they cater to the cycling enthusiast, but they are just as happy to sell a recreational bike for families and children. I have sent a number of friends there to buy something to ride casually on the weekends or for their child’s first bike. They have all left satisfied, feeling that they got great service and a good deal.
