Stayed there over the past weekend with my family and had a load of fun. The cabins were great and clean, and the pool was fabulous ! Had lots to do for all the family. The owners even took us out on the Clearwater lake in there boat for about an hour and did not charge us anything. The kids loved it. We plan on coming back over the forth holiday. Great place!

used to be the best resort to stay.,.. but since the new owners took over...no more bar and grill... no more excellent greetings when you check in. the new owners are probably the rudest human beings in piedmont and i hope it doesnt draw away from the rest of the great people down there who try to make your visit memorable. the new property owners are very nosey--they watch your every move to the point where you feel like a criminal or that your going to get your wallet stolen at any moment. thye have no people skills which in turn make you feel like they dont appreciate your business. clearwater mo. is a fantastic getaway... please dont let this resort deter you from having great memories... there is KEMPERS RESORT--SUNSET POINTE RESORT AND CLEARWATER LAKE RESORT that will make you feel like your wanted and will not harass your every move and use cuss words like its their first language.
