California Villages exceeded our expectations!! My husband and I had seen several other apartment complexes, and this one was by far the best ! Very maintained, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff David,Lamont and Robert have been most gracious and attentive to our needs. High recommend this complex!

I have been stayed for one and half year, every time I visit to the office for picking up the packages every staffs are nice and easy transaction. I feel secure.

This place has honestly blessed me with a great California experience ever since I moved from NYC. Management is very on point, very professional, and look out for it's residents.

David is very professional & very helpful with anything that is going on with the tenants. Me and my boyfriend are very pleased and content with California Villages for always answering our concerns and being quick with any request made. Thank You.!

California Villages is wonderful apartment complex. Lamont, David, Robert, María, Bianca are all wonderful staff. Treat you with respect and are very sweet. They all operate in a very professional manner. When placing a request, it is done in a timely fashion

I just want to say thankyou to Robert, David and Lamont and the Maitinence Workers here at California Villages. They are always inhancing and making all necessary repairs quick. I live here with my Daughter and we both like it here alot. The building is well kept and always clean. Thanks again guys.
