Unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable and unbelievably reckless. The gentlemen assigned to my move showed up SIX hours late apparently because they do not own their own moving truck. They were lackluster with providing time updates throughout the day. When they finally did show up, they had with no packing equipment, they did not wrap any of my furniture, and did a poor job of disassembling and reassembling items. They left loose screws all over the floor, under the bed, and I am still, to this day, trying to figure out where these screws go.

Because of the carelessness of these movers, they caused over $2,800 in damages to my brand new home. Dings in the wall, hardwood furniture ruined, scratches on doors etc. I have tried numerous attempts to contact the company to rectify this - no reply and no follow-up. They were contacted by the Better Business Bureau regarding the matter and failed to respond to them as well. It has been over 5 months since my move and I have yet to receive contact from the company regarding follow-up for damages or reimbursements per their Bill of Lading.

I traveled to their home/office during their posted business hours to hopefully get some clarity on the situation; one of the movers came to the door in his underwear and provided no information whatsoever on who I could speak to about this ongoing issue.

The service I received from this company is beyond deplorable and disappointing, especially considering that they are clearly capable of providing quality service. It is unfortunate that this lack of professionalism is the lasting impression they have chosen to leave with any customer.
