Was referred here to do several things prior to my daughter getting braces. Met with the benefits coordinator after the consultation to discuss details of what my insurance would cover. I paid the portion of the bill that my insurance did not cover, and 2 months later I receive another bill telling me that, "oops, we thought that procedure was covered, but it's not"...? I received another bill for almost $400. What's the job of the benefits coordinator if they can't do their job? Had I known this procedure WASN'T covered by my insurance, we probably would have elected not to have it done. Very unprofessional and harassing. Got hung up on every time I called to ask questions. Would not recommend going here or taking your kids here. Just really bad business practices.
