This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. First of all a few days before Christmas they turned the water off to fix broken pipes so no water for most of the day. When the water did come back on they told us we had to boil our water for almost a week. Then the Monday after Christmas my water was off again. Thinking it was the pipes again, I tried to be patient and wait. However it did not come back on. I eventually called and found out that they had turned my water off. I soon found out why the lady at the water company had my water bill in her hand. it seems the machine at the post office stamped it undeliverable because the bar code at the bottom of the post card that the water company sent out was not readable by the machine. Instead of sending a late notice or calling and letting me know they got the card back they just turned off my water and charged me late fees and reconnect charges. This is deplorable behavior if not down right illegal, They knew for a fact I did not get my bill because they had it. yet they still felt no guilt in charging me the fees. I have got to find a new water source..totally corrupt with lack of conscience is my description of this company
