Bought a used Suburban last year from Mossy. Best car buying experience ever! Negotiated a price over the phone. When up to look at it and it was in excellent cond. Bought it for negotiated price and traded in my suv also. Deal was done and I was out of there within a hour after arriving! Chris Slater was my salesman. He was very up front and low pressure. Changed my perception of car salesman. Excellent experience!

We were very pleased with the purchase and service given on our two vehicles from Mossy Picayune after Hurricane Katrina . In addition to locating and getting vehicles into Mississippi during the aftermath, the personnel were on top and spent days and months pleasing their many customers - some of which were without any transportation. Even rentals were non existent in south Mississippi during this time. It should be noted that my spouse and I were new to the area and unfamiliar with the new dealership having moved north after losing everthing in Louisiana. Recently we returned to Mossy Picayune for a new purchase a 2011Chevrolet Equinox. We also looked at the new Nissan vehicle line recently added to Mossy Picayune. We cannot say enough about salesman Gabe Cranmer and his patience with us in regard to the many technological changes (On-Star) etc. Gabe went out of his way showing both lines (Nissan and GM) with great expertise but following up on the sale and satisfaction!
