We've tried going back to this Ihop multiple times over the course of the 6 years & it is by far the worst service imaginable almost every time. No matter if it's empty or packed, we have waited over an hour for food. We wanted to give it one last try today at 10:30 AM on a Sunday, and it has sealed the decision to never go back. We waited twenty minutes before the waitress came to take our order, then the food didn't come out until 70 minutes later. We had 3 adults & 5 children who were so anxious & hungry by the time their cold $10 pancake came out, they didn't eat a thing. My meal, the California Sunrise (scrambled eggs, salsa, fresh avocados, & mashed red potatoes) w/a side of scrambled eggs for my 9 month old, came out 15 mins after the rest. As I finally start eating, the waitress had the nerve to give us the bill & ask if we needed any boxes,"but no rush!" she says. Unbelievable. Now my California Sunrise has given me food poisoning - never getting my business again.

Sat for 10 minutes before server got to our table. Wasn't very busy, so I don't understand the delay. I guess my clothing was the problem or my veteran hat, I'm not sure.

Service VERY SLOW and the food is not that good. The omlets are good. My grand daughter got one of those and liked it. I got the new

omelet melt. The hash browns were very greasy and had been warmed up so much they were hard and brown. The omelet in the sandwich was

brown on outside and the red bell peppers were cold. When you put the

sandwich to your mouth it had a smell on the bread that was nausiating.

It will be a while before we go back there. Thirty minutes to wait for an omelet is way too long and hated the service.

the food is good but sometimes the service can be slow.
