Run like the plague. Our BMW was totaled. We took it to Leif's against all warnings because we needed a loaner car. The insurance company wanted it totaled. Instead, Phoenix Leif's took a small print provision in the contract and ordered $30,000 of parts that they then forced us to pay for from the insurance in order to retrieve the car. Even though they said they could not fix the car. Their deceitful tactics resulted in us having to have a 2nd shop try to reconstruct the car and along with BMW, to this day, they are unable to make the car whole. What Leif's got was the mark up on $30,000 of parts. We offered to pay the restocking fees but they declined. For at least a month while they held the car hostage, I asked repeatedly to come and pick up the parts and the receipts and they were unable to produce either. They shamelessly screwed us. My brother owns a shop, Leif's could have easily canceled the order for the parts and had us pay a restocking fee. These people are scum.
