i have found West Star to be responsive, knowledgeable of products , and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Outstanding company and fantastic staff!

Unprofessional customer service. I was issued a refund check when I closed my mortgage account. The bank account routing number on the bottom of the check was printed into the blue check border making it unreadable for electronic deposit. I asked for them to reissue the check as it was faulty, had to call multiple times. They insisted that I pay a $30 fee to reissue a faulty check that the bank would not accept! 5 months later they reduced the fee to $10 and said its that or nothing. I will never do business with them again!!
