I came here because I'm in severe pain and have been getting treatment from another doctor that wasn't working. I got recommended to come here, and have been extremely unimpressed. I feel unimportant, and like my pain is being ignored. They gave me papers to get an MRI, which I highly appreciate, but wouldn't give me anything as a temporary relief while I wait on getting this MRI. By the way, I came in last Thursday, it is now Wednesday of the next week and they still haven't processed my paperwork or insurance to even schedule me for an MRI. Let alone consider that I have to wait 4 days or so for it to process before I am even allowed to make an appointment with VPC again. That pretty much puts me two weeks out I'm guessing. It's already been one week. One week of pain from hell and no sleep. One week of calling every day asking for anything to releive me. I'm sadly disappointed. And I feel as if I made a mistake. If you're reading this and you're in a lot of pain, I don't recommend going here unless you're willing to wait at least another week or two in your pain before they can begin to treat you.

And if you are reading this and you're saying that paperwork does take time and they need that to treat the injury, this is the same doctor I came to two years ago after I got into my car accident. My injury is on file.

Very frustrating. And I'm still in pain.

First of all, the front office staff, especially Janet and Fay, is very unprofessional and unorganized. My husband was being seen by Dr. Moshiri and received 3 rounds of shots, all of which did not improve or relieve his pain.

We had an appointment scheduled for today and called to verify the time, at which point Fay said they had left us a voicemail saying that their x-ray machine was broken and would not be fixed until Thursday! Not only did we not receive a voicemail informing us of the cancelled appointment, but my husband is in severe pain and now has to wait 5 days to receive treatment?

On top of all of this, my husband called for a refill on his prescription earlier in the week and when he got it filled, he noticed it was the wrong prescription. He called Valley Pain Center and was informed he would have to wait until his appointment today to get the correct one filled. He has been without the correct pain medication for over a week now. Janet then said he could come in within the next 10-15 minutes before Dr. Moshiri leaves and he would write the correct prescription. We then hear Dr. Moshiri speaking to her in the background at which time she says that Dr. Moshiri is leaving the office now and won't wait and my husband can wait until Monday to get it filled.

My husband hates pain medicine and barely takes it, but he has been in excruciating pain and the pain medicine gives him some relief, so to hear that Dr. Moshiri could not wait 10-15 minutes to fill out a prescription was absolutely absurd.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. Do not come here and do not bring your loved ones here. It is a scam and has very unethical practices. Dr. Moshiri's bio says that he has written a few books, perhaps he should write a book on ethics.

The staff is very professional...

The staff is very professional and prompt in scheduling me for my appts. The Doctors take the time to listen to me and really work to find the best treatment plan for my condition. The Doctors are experienced and very professional with their care for me. I have gotten great relief from my low back pain and can actually function in my daily activities without pain for the first time in a long, long time!

I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.
