This guy who wrote the review has no idea what he is talking about!! Chip is very professional and knowledgable. He would only be unpleasant in the case of this kind of person. TPI has great prices and product. A very satisfied customer.

watched a customer leave with my copy of XP professional, and when I walked in to buy mine they said they were all out, and had been for 3 days! when I called they said they had plenty. - I wasted 40 miles to go get that item. gas is not cheap either. what a waste of time. the rep was rude to boot. chip was his name. avoid that place like the plague.
