Took comforter to be cleaned, with coupon. Was beige background with "forrest animals" in greens and browns. Reverse side was green/beige check. Comforter had spots that needed cleaning. When I picked it up the colors had run. The beige background is now all green, the green check is much lighter. Nothing matches to the drapes or the shams. What did they do? It's like they washed it in hot water. No, I did not go back or call; what would be the point. They would just say that's how it was. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. And, by the way, I have had this cleaned before with no problem. Just be careful what you take, and look before you leave. And spots are still there.
