Good service. Simple enough. They say what they mean and don't sugar coat everything. No cell phone policy actually makes sense. The employs and owners don't use their phones in the backlot and customers doing so is a disturbance. Good if you don't want to be lied to. But, crappy secretary

We have have painted 88 jobs for Pinnacle Fence since 4/16/2010. 87 of these times we have lived up to their expectations, so to state we have "horrible" customer service is ridiculous. The "horrible" service occurred when the paint job was completed 28 hours after it was brought to our location. There was a difference of opinion as to the meaning of a time the job would be completed, we disagreed, he decided to go elsewhere, I had no problem with that. The issue should have been settled....instead he hides behind a keyboard and states utter B.S. This is such a petty forum to have to defend a successful 24 year old business. Do you go back to a business 88 times if the service is bad???? These are the facts...

These guys have horrible customer service. I was on pace to do $15000 with them this year and when I told them that I was going to take my business elsewhere one of the owners said that he didn't care. It was clearly his mistake and instead of owning it he was willing to let a very good customer walk out the door. Oh well I will try some one else!

Two sides to every story. Customers endanger themselves and our staff by being engaged in conversations while in our loading area. Signs are posted stating no cell phone useage. We ask them to turn off their phones, if they refuse we ask them to find another place to take business. Complainer was asked on three seperate occasions to not use phone in the yard, he refused and was told to take his business elsewhere. Ian cannot even use his real name when complaining, ..wow.

They have a no cell phone policy and I told John one of the owners that I am running a business to and if I get a call from a customer I'm going to answer it. I was told to go F myself and told to take my business elsewhere because I sent a text message while they were loading up my order. Classy. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

This company should be put out of business due to their LACK OF QUALITY and POOR WORKMANSHIP. I had to pay another "reputable" company to fix their mistakes. The owner and manager is a first class jack-off!AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
