Horrible staff!



This morning I went with my wife to her appointment at the Maryvale office and witnessed the horrendous display of patient services I have ever witnessed at any Dr’s office. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Rana for the past 6 years and this is the worst service she has ever received since seeing her. They are not only rude and un-friendly over the phone but also in person. From being ignored at the counter to them rolling their eyes when asked questions. Now I understand my wife’s frustration when dealing with this office. I highly recommended to my wife to seek out a different OBGYN office that will treat her the way anyone would like to be treated when going into any Dr’s office.
