Took my wifes car here to be fixed. First visit was beyond expectation. My most recent visit. Was a dr. Jekyll/mr Hyde experience. Have had plenty of experience in the body repair industry. And when i asked Russell/owner. Why it was gonna be 12hrs labor to repair a damaged fender which is clearly a 7hr repair start to finish. He instantly got mad and told me to take my car somewhere else or fix it myself. On top of the he said i had a broken part. When i ask him to show it to me he couldnt verify the damage. In the end he was irate and asked me "the customer" to leave his property. This all stemmed from a simple question.

Stay away from this place unless you dont mind being ripped off and talk down to

I dealt with Russ and he was very professional and finished the job in the time frame he said. The work was way above what was expected and I will be returning. We use him for all our business vehicles and will continue. Thanks Russ for a great job you and your team does.

I had some custom work done and it is perfect. Russell is a hardworking business owner that is very straight forward and honest. I would refer and have referred people here. Straight shooter in an industry that has plenty of oddities and less than credible potentials. Not here though, Good honest people - Jeff

Not sure where and why the reviews below, this body shop does great work. Shop repaired a dented quarter panel, color matched the paint perfectly and even took out 3 dings higher in the panel at no cost. Delivered a quality product prior to the date promised. 30 years in the business means something. Recommend these guys anytime. MS

Sad that the only reviews were bad. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company. Quality work done in a timely manner backed up by good communication. Been 3 times and everyone was polite, helpful and professional. Russell even gave me a deal when the problem was clearly my fault and not a workmanship issue. I'd recommend them all day long.

I took my car in for a quote, agreed on the quote, signed the papers and set up an appointment to get the work done. The owner even offered to give me a deal if I paid cash under the table. That should have been a sign to run but selfishly trying to save a buck I agreed. 24 hours after I dropped my car off, the boss decided he didn’t want to do the work and called me saying the quote had tripled. It’s not like there was something broken they found after doing the quote either. There were no new parts or anything associated, he just wanted to add 7 times the labor to the job to get it done! This was his way of telling me he wasn’t going to honor his estimate. They had looked over the car to do the estimate and basically decided there wasn’t enough profit in taking on my job. I told them I didn’t have enough money to pay for the new estimate so I would have to go get my car. When I picked up the manager even agreed that they basically didn’t want to do the work so this was the owner’s excuse to get out of it. This was extremely unprofessional and I was disappointed. I had spent time getting the quote, having a friend drop me off and pick me up all for nothing. This is not the way to do business or treat people.

Have taken three different vehicles to RS Auto Arts over the years, one of the vehicles has been there 3 times! They do an awesome job, always professional and never profanity. Not sure who wrote the negative review stating they use profanity but they weren't talking about anyone at RS Auto. I've dealt with them for years and they are top notch all the way around.

Don't usually write reviews but RS Auto gets an A+ from me.2007 Dodge Charger hit in the right rear. Car looks great. Looks better than before.Very professional and delivered in the time promised.Would recommend to anyone needing repair.

I have taken 3 different vehicles to RS for repairs, and all three came back looking great. Latest was a Z4 with a hood ding and a door with a bunch of deep scratches from inconsiderate drivers parking next to it. Guys did a great job, looks like new. Would recommend shop to anyone needing repairs large or small

STAY AWAY! Anywhere is better than this place. Poor quality even after bringing the vehicle back to have the work redone. Jeff agreed it was poor, Russell trys to say it is good. They claim repairs were done and parts were replaced but then admit it did not get done (but did manage to get billed for). Of course, everything was the Body Man's fault (their employee), then it was the Insurance company, we were even blamed. Never once an apology and the work was never completed to an acceptable level. Flat out lies and everytime they were caught in a lie, they just made up new ones. It was pathetic. Also, tons of profanity both heard on the phone used toward other customers and toward us. Completely dishonest and unethical. You have been warned. Learn from our mistake, go somewhere else.

Unethical and poor workmanship. Repairs were substandard even after bringing the vehice back to have them corrected. Made every excuse in the book, claimed there was no problem then admitted there were problems, blamed the bodyman, blamed eachother, blamed the insurance company, flat out lied about what was done and what wasn't done. When caught in lies, just made new lies. Horrible experience, would not wish it on anyone. Also, profanity use was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Seek a more repuatable shop. Learn from our mistake, this is not the place to go.

This shop did a job for me and I was very pleased with the work and the owner, Russel. He said if I needed more work to come see him. I did, and regret it. Never once did he call when he said he would. I always had to call him. He kept giving excuses as to why the job wasn’t done when he said it would be. He kept adding another day and then another until it was a week after he said it would be done. The work his employees did is solid and they were a great deal more pleasant than the owner himself. Russel and his front office are the problem. He took the price down and gave me the breakdown "just so you know" he said about 3 times, but never apologized. If he treats his customers this way, I can't imagine how he treats his employees. He needs to learn real customer service that just owning a business does not provide, consideration, respect and integrity. Never will I return or recommend this business to anyone. "Just so you know."

I took my Mustang to Russell at RS Auto Arts for repair caused by 2 separate accidents. RS did a great job on the repairs and the paint blended perfectly! You'd never guess the vehicle had been in an accident. Russell dealt with the insurance companies directly and made the whole process as hassle free as possible. He also was very good about calling me with updates on the status of the repairs. I will definitely recommend RS Auto any of my friends who need a good body shop.
