Refused to take a small return yesterday, very hard nosed mgmt decision was a smal, item, marked wrong by the store anyway, she utterly refused $4.99 item..i have spent thousands at Ross in hndbags alone, home decor, lots of money. No more. Ms hard nose mgr can be hard nose with less customers. Ross has been goin downhill anyway. She was very unkind.
