The Life Choices Women's Clinic gave me a free pregnancy test, they help calm my fears and gave me a rang of options if i turned out to be pregnant. Thankfully I wasn't but if you're ever unsure they are a great place to visit.

Provided by YP.comHelpful, honest, and open...The counselor at Life Choices in Phoenix was helpful, honest, and open. I came in thinking I wanted an abortion. They have great listening skills, they did not pressure me. I felt real comfortable and happy about my options and possibilities.
