Phoenix Manor is uniquely designed to give seniors 55 and older obstacles. All that there is to offer is the the landscaped, 25-acre grounds which the grandkids over run with bikes, skateboards, etc. Our grounds include a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse that is rented out to beer parties, druggies and the inappropriate behavior of staff. There is a a heated swimming pool that tenants drown in. Security is very lazy and don't do their job. Laundry centers are a mess and the machines don't work. Take the month-to-month lease because after a month you won't want to live there. Management consists of Cheryl Lang, brother Don Lang, Linda Wilson, & lastly BIG Don who abuse the tenants. This management staff holds drinking parties at the club house which is for the tenants. Other events include their wild parties and the police have to be called. An added bonus is gun shorts can be heard every night. If you can dodge the bullets you will make it there. Also the abusive staff.

The Management at this complex is very abusive to the tenants. Cheryl Lang and her staff will write reviews and state they are from former tenants. There is fraud of tenants social security numbers. They have taken some tenants identities and used their information. Phoenix Manor is very abusive to children and the elderly. If a tenant files a complaint you will be threatened. Stay away.

This apartment complex is abusive to the elderly residents. The staff (Cheryl Lang, Don Lang, Robbie Gilbreath & Big Don) bully the elderly with threats. Management staff have beer parties and invite the children. Staff have the tenants social security numbers and exploit it. Other information is exploited putting the tenants at risk. There are complaints as to the treatment of the tenants. There are gun shots heard every night.

I have lived at the Manor for many years and have found it to be a wonderful and peaceful place. The staff are so helpful and can be depended upon to help seniors with things I could never expect at any other apartment complex. The grounds are beautiful and it is great that we have activities to participate in when we want. The office staff are courteous and provide us with a professional attitude everytime I call. I can't say enough good things about the place. I encourage anyone to check it out. My neighbor Chuck P. was evicted because of his abusive and threatening behavior and the staff made sure that our safety came first. Thank you!

Phoenix Manor has the best staff that we have ever experienced in the many places we have lived. They are professional and courteous. The maintenance gets taken care of usually the same day we call. It's an extra added bonus that we have been able to participate in the many planned activities, especially those at the Auditorium. I would recommend Phoenix Manor to anyone who is interested in finding a safe, clean and friendly place to live. Chuck Palmer was evicted from Phoenix Manor because of his threatening and abusive behavior towards other. Thank you staff for protecting myself and those of your other tenants.

Phoenix Manor is run by office staff that are abusive to the tenants. Maintenance staff bully the tenants with bodily harm if they speak out against their bad behavior. Auditorium is leased out to various entities who bring in liquor and get drunk creating a disturbance to tenants. Management team holds private drinking parties amongst staff and family with underage drinking. Management team (Cheryl Lang, Don Lang (brother and sister), and Robbie Gilbreath bring their children to the complex creating disturbances. Management team secures confidential information (social security numbers, medical insurance info, etc.) to exploit it.

My 82 y/o mother recently moved to Phoenix and found this gem in the middle of the city. It is close to so many things that she is thrilled to maintain her independence. So many activities to choose from and they have a city Senior center right next door.
