Shoddy construction and unresponsive management. I've lived here for over 1-1/2 years, and the ceiling has leaked every since. Have talked to other tenants with same issue. Rain has caused a huge hole in the ceiling drywall and the insulation has washed out, but management won't fix. Have requested repairs in writing and gotten excuses excuses excuses, but no results. SLUMLORDS!
