Obviously these people did not go to the same Canyon Ridge Endodontics I went to. I HAD A GREAT time . My whole root canal experience lasted about an hour and 20 minitues from the time i walked in the door to walking back out. I got in on the NEXT day ( what health/dental office does that?) AND they even called me the night before to let me know my insurance coverage/ co-payment. It is a fee for service office, but these days most specialties are. About a month after the rootcanal I did recieve a bill, but that was due to my insurance underpaying. With Ins it's never a guarentee! ( any baboon that actually knows about their insurance and what they pay for each month will know that. ) It wasn't the office's fault they underpaid, and trust me if you ask for a copy of the financial they will give it to you and it says ESTIMATE in capital letters in about 2 or 3 different spots. Nobody likes to pay a bill, but hey it's not the Dentisit fault for OUR insurance not paying. INSURANCE COMPANI

Today I went to my regular dentist because I had a tooth ache. He told me I needed a root canal and sent me to Canyon Ridge. From the time I got there, I felt they really cared about me and making me as comfortable as possible. The front office was informative and friendly. The assistant made me feel calm and the doctor I saw was professional and very patient with me. This was my first root canal and I have to say my experience was pleasant! I will be recommending this office to anyone I know who needs a root canal.
