I call to the urgent care on 3rd street & Earl and spoke with a guy named ken who was very rude to me. He said he was a RN, I told him I need my medicine resent to the pharmacy because I didn't get to take it, he refuse to resend it to the pharmacy, I told him to let me speak with the doctor and he said no, he's not letting me speak with a doctor. Now if I'm right I know I have right's as a citizen to speak with a doctor especial when I had paid for the initial visit. This Ken person violated my rights and moreover he didn't know if my condition had changed. I will never go there again and I hope the cooperate office review the tape because it was monitored. How could Cigna allow this
