Very personable and knowledgeable reps here. I came in to get help for a lady...which they did...Eddie in particular came to rescue the lady who needed help to go to her uncle's homegoing...and then as I got the info I needed for my phone, I knew this is where I'd do all my phone business...awesome!!!
