if I had the opportunity I wouldn't even give this business a star that's how bad of what they call themselves a company they are the first time we had business with them we were totally out of water and he told us that he would come that night since they were busy and when that night rolled around kept the lights on past 10:00 pm and they never showed never called or had the kindness to call my daughter had to miss school then the following day john never showed up we didn't get water delivered within three days we had to carry buckets of water from our above ground pool to flush our toilets and used bottled water for washing our hands. this is just the first occasion dealing with mega water but if you want someone reliable and wont mess up your entire day then don't do business with mega water.

I have used mega water works for a few years. U deal with John the owner when you call, they have provided great service for me. At times I have run out of water not paying attention and they have come out at night or on weekend last minute to take care of me. Their drivers are awesome, friendly and accommodating. One time one of their trucks broke down (it happens) they couldn't make it til the next day, no big deal. They didn't charge me for the load because of my inconvenience (it was not an inconvenience). That's classy. I would highly recommend them. Steve tatum
