I would give zero stars if possible. Last year I placed an order with Mayware Ceramics online. The website states that orders are usually shipped in three weeks. I stayed in contact with Jeffrey as time went by......and by....and by. After three months I told him I could see that he had charged my credit card when the order was placed (three months ago) so the order needed to be sent out within a week or I would get my money back through the credit card company. It was sent immediately.
I again, foolishly, ordered from him almost eight weeks ago (at which time my credit card was charged) and still no order. Today I’ll be contacting my credit card company.
Jeffery makes beautiful pieces but he is a terrible businessman.
