Madison Number One Middle School, located in Phoenix, is a part of Madison Elementary School District 38. The school s staff members include classroom teachers, nurses, psychologists and guidance counselors. It provides after-school and special education programs to students in grades five through eight. Madison Number One Middle School offers membership to the National Honor Society and Madison International Thespian Society. It also operates a yearbook club and student council.
