I paid them $1600 for Leslie's to replace my pool sand filter. The first time it came on the filter started to leak water from the top cover. I called and asked for someone to come back out and fix the problem. Was initially told it would take 7 days for a return visit, but after escalating my complaint they sent someone out two days later. That guy fixed the leak but left the pressure relief valve on top of the filter wide open. When the pool cleaning cycle started at 3am, water shot like a geyser from the open valve for 3 hours until I got up at 6am and checked on the system. Not only was the side yard area with the pool equipment flooded, the level of my pool went down 3 inches and the negative edge trough went dry. Because it was a Saturday, I had to call my pool cleaner to get some advice on how to repair this bungled up mess. Not at all thrilled with Leslie's work or attention to detail to get the job done right.
