Stay Away!!! So out this firm for help with filing a disability claim, and it was nothing but a nightmare. Not only is the office staff rude and unprofessional, Ms. Lake herself could certainly use a refresher course in communication skills/interpersonal relations as it was clear she was unable to handle herself in an appropriate and professional manner. She truly gives her industry a bad persona.

Waste of time and money. Better lawyers in the valley and this one treats her clients terribly.

Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this incompetent lawyer. My husband was injured and unable to work. We found Stephanie Lake through the internet and decided to give her a chance. Not only was she horribly rude, verbally abusive and incompetent, she didn't think we deserved her help. So, we went ahead and did the process on our own and my husband did get disability. Avoid at all costs.

I attained Ms. Lake for my disability case and became disappointed, terminated contract with her, was verbally abused, records problems etc. ultimately she fought form payment and lost. Administrative law awarded me what she would have earned and I won the case w/o legal help.

If you are looking to hire a disability attorney, I would suggest you do NOT hire Ms. Lake I believe she might be the worst attorney in America. Luckily after I attained her for assistance I realized this and terminated our contract and proceeded to finish and have a favorable outcome in my case with out her.

Very rude staff! You never see her. Does not call you! You do all the work! I think she only likes to deal with non English pseaking spanish people!
