Let me start by saying, I have to disagree with Mr. Mouthinserter or whatever he may call himself. I have been going to Hargrave's for several years as has my entire family has. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and the service has been far Above Excellent!!! They have never tried to upsell any service. I took my car to another shop for an oil change, and they tried to tell that my rear main oil seal was leaking. I brought my car to Hargrave's for a second opinion and it turns that it was an oil filter adapter seal and they saved me over $500.00. They have done excellent body work on my sons car as well. Whenever I drop my car off, I can always count on one of the very polite employees to give me a ride to work. I work downtown so this works out very well. Back to the 2 star review man, it sounds like maybe you tried to make your own deals and when it didn't go your way you chose to make up such a fabricated story. Hargrave's has always stood behind their word. They have never backed out of a "deal" and they have always treated me with respect. I highly recommend this shop for your mechanical and collission needs. Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK HARGRAVE'S! My family, my friends and myself will always be your customers.

agreed to 10% off....backed out of their end of deal.gave complimentary service days before 500 dollar service which they threw back in my face and said its not free a few days later.kept interrupting me when i expressed dissatisfaction with backing out of their end of agreement.insulted me, my integrity and my business by saying "wouldn't you back out of a cash deal too, if you agreed w/ your customers." my response was, no, if i tell a client something I always deliver unless natural disaster.4. found 3 specks of very strong glue on interior of windshield that weren't there when i dropped car off.5. told me it's an all day deal days before but when the day came to do the repair by appt. they said we put lots of time into it so we are backing out of the deal we agreed to for cash payment; even though it didn't even take 8 hrs to do.6. act nice on surface, don't deliver or walk the talk.
