Enterprise could not have been any better. Easily got on shuttle from airport to rental counter - attendants were great checking us in, great helping us get to our car and checking us out of the garage. Upon return, it took maybe 4 minutes to return the car. I will definitely use Enterprise for my next trip!!!

Car was fine and rate was good.

Cars interior and upholstery could stand a cleaning though.

Personnel were very nice although I did feel excess pressure to but optional insurance and CDW.

Checking in was fast and I was given a choice of different cars to pick from. When I returned the car, again, service was fast. All service people that I dealt with were friendly and very helpful.

Made a reservation to pick up a Dodge Challenger or similar vehicle at this location. After a 48 minute flight into Phoenix we waited over 20 minutes in line to get service. Finally, after getting the paperwork done we went down to pick up the vehicle. After about another 20-30 minutes a lady came to us and said she apologized for the wait that the sports cars take a little longer. We waited for another 10-15 minutes or so and she offered us a convertible for no charge, we agreed and she asked mustang or camaro and we said a camaro would be fine.





We walk up to the car and she doesn't have a key, so we waited for her to leave and come back when we noticed the vehicle was extremely dirty with bugs all over the windshield, hood, front end etc... The only thing is had was gas in the tank.



We had just spent over an hour with the shuttle, waiting in line and for the car that we just wanted to get out of there. It literally took longer to get the car then the flight itself.

I had a great experience at this location. I usually hate getting a car rental at an airport. This experience was much different. I pre-registered and my paperwork was ready to go. The wait was a little long, due to a few planes coming in at the same time, but Enterprise handled the situation with grace. I dealt with Asst. Mngr, Michael Lee, and he was WONDERFUL!! He apologized for the wait, upgraded my rental, and made sure I was happy with their service prior to me leaving. The return process was quick, seamless and I was picked up promptly by the shuttle. I will definitely use Enterprise in the future.

Check in was fast and the price's were reasonable. Yes they tried to sell extra's but never pushy. We were given a row of cars to select from which was nice it's better than having them pick a car for you.

Check out was even faster no problems at all the associates are very professional.

WOW! Best car-renting experience I've ever had! From pickup through return, EVERY Enterprise employee at this location was friendly, courteous, upbeat, helpful, and proficient.

Best rental car experience I have ever had. We were processed very quickly. We were offered cold water and my suitcase was carried to the car. The price for the week was great. I needed to call their office mid week due to a death in the family and a change of itinerary to attend memorial service. The staff were helpful and reassuring. The fee to drop off at a new location was easy to swallow. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

As always, a pleasure to rent from Enterprise. Check in fast and easy and return is a breeze. Wasn't crazy about the midsize Jeep Compass SUV. Far too underpowered and weak to be considered a Jeep but made the best of it.

Also debit cards are not a problem with Enterprise. I ditched all my credit cards in 08 when the economy took a crap and have had no problem at Enterprise whatsoever.

Great service. A little confusion at checkin, but we were compensated. Only had one pickup truck available - a Dodge Ram 1500. Didn't care for the truck at all - no leg room, very uncomfortable seats (especially back seat). But we had no choice and lived with it. They should go to F-150's.

The car I rented from the Phoenix airport was severely lacking tire pressure in the front left tire - it was less than half of the other three tires, as evidenced by the screen which displayed the tires' PSIs on the dashboard. The Enterprise employee started the car and must have seen this glaring problem, since it was hard to miss given the warning alerts, but we didn't notice until we got on the highway since we had been focused on escaping the maze that is the rental car hub. When I got to my final destination I looked at the tire and saw it was almost completely flat. Thankfully another Enterprise office in Carefree, AZ was able to set me up with a new, well-inflated car.

Overall it was fine. Although I felt like the representative was trying to sell me a more expensive rental which lasted more than a few minutes, I know he meant well. The three other ladies were more than polite and made sure I was satisfied with the service, which I was. The brakes on the truck were grinding a little bit but no big deal for me.

Enterprise is my go-to whenever we visit AZ. We typically rent in Phoenix and travel to see family in Tucson. Customer service is always top-shelf!

I've take the Wabash College golf team to the Phoenix area for the last twelve years. Every year I've used Enterprise. Why? Because they do a great job from beginning to end with their rental service. The people on hand are always accommodating to make sure you have a good experience. This last time was no different. I'll be back because of their dedicated service. Thank you Sky Harbor Enterprise.

Excellent customer service as always. Although there was a short line when we picked up the car, the agent dealt with us very promptly when it was our turn. We had a choice of brand when we were shown to the car and completed the pick up process in a very timely manner.



When we returned the car, the agent was friendly and very efficient. Enterprise continues to be our preferred rental car company.

Great experience (PHX airport location). Pick up service was friendly, fast, and professional. Car was clean inside and out. Return service was also fast and friendly even though they had a high volume of customers. Would definitely recommend and will use again personally.

We had a wonderful experience at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Enterprise Rental. We checked in on the self check with assistance from a professional who then directed us to the car pick up area. Everything is well marked and nicely laid out. Elevator provided if you are dragging your luggage along. We waited 2-3 min once down there and we were offered cold bottles of water while we waited. The car was the size we anticipated, while not the make or model we thought, it was a nice, new, extremely clean Chrysler 200. The guy was super polite and helpful and our return experience was easy, quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Over the top great service from the time you walk up to rent until you return your car. All employees are professional in dress and conduct. Great experience.
