Dr.Jacobson did an amazing job on not only removing my extra skin after losing over 130 pounds but I developed an infection due to low white blood cells & he took wonderful care of me. I had seen another PS before Dr.Jacobsen & just didn't get good vibes & I'm glad. I listened to that feeling & waited for the right doctor. I would definitely use him again & not to leave out his staff who was equally as amazing...from the front office to the nursing staff to appointments & insurance.....top notch from A to Z......

After 45 minutes past my appointment time (1 hr of waiting) and several people waiting to see the doctor at 4:45 pm (closing is 5:00), I am asked if I completed the forms for new patient. I complete all the personal forms but ask if I can sign the remainder legal malpractice forms if the doctor says he can help me. The office manager comes out and tells me since I am refusing to sign the forms they will not let me see the doctor. He does not give me an option to change my mind about signing the forms; he just decides for me that he will not allow me to see the doctor. I tell him they shouldn't force people to sign forms. He says they are not forcing yet it is an ultimatum that they fail to let people know before coming to their office wasting the patient’s time. He then forces me to leave. This is unethical, unprofessional and poor customer service. I am sad that I am wasting more time writing this because the office manager did not know how to handle the situation appropriately.

I had a basil cell removed from Dr Kwatra he sent me to Dr.Jacobsen the same day.He has a beautiful waiting area very kind staff.When Dr Jacobsen was able to do the repair he was very kind and thoughtful.I would go back if I ever needed to.I hope I won't.Thank you for your kindness.Peggy Johnson
