Kimble one of there sales reps tried to cancel the first time, we rescheduled for the second meeting and he never showed up. Terrible company to have an employee in his position working for them. I could only imagine the quality of workers who would be doing the actual construction. STAY AWAY from this 2nd rate company!

Dolphin Pools has finished my 2nd pool. They did a great job again! Its a pleasure working with the staff.

I had several pool companies quote pools for my new house. I noticed Dolphin Pools was running a 30 year special that was at least 5k less than the others and it included many standard features that were considered "Additional Options" at the other manufacturers. Dolphin helped create our dream pool and stayed on budget. Kimble made it easy with his design skills, He made sure it was just what we wanted. Their contractors were timely and courtious. I have already recomended them to family members that are impressed with our pool.

A great experience building our pool with Dolphin! Great sub trades, promises kept and a quality constructed pool! We couldn't ask for anything else.

My 6 year old Dolphin pool won't hold water and the company does not back their pool. Their customer service is terrible. If you want a sinkhole under your home go with Dolphin. DOLPHIN POOLS DON"T HOLD WATER AND THEY DONT CARE!!!

My First Dolphin Pool was built in 1999 with 100% satisfaction and we just completed our second pool and know we made the right decision. My husband & I did do some research prior to deciding, but after comparisons were made, the choice was easy....Adam, our sales designer was well informed, creative, a great listener, and was super about follow up. The construction process went pretty smoothly and our superintendent had excellent communication with us and was attentive to every detail. A plus for us, Dolphin is still owned by the same owners for 26 years. My backyard is a paradise!!!

I contracted Dolphin Pools to build my new swimmming pool and hardscape project in Oct 2009. My salesperson took the time to do a 3d rendered drawing and detailed bid. All of which spelled out exactly what I would be getting and cllear undresstandable pricng. I was told to expect completion in 4-6 weeks after permits came in and to my surprise the pool was completed in 4 weeks. It is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for spring and summer to come to use my new pool. I must give thanks to everyone I dealt with from the salesperson Sandra to the super Kenny, scheduler Barbara and Debbie who seemed to do a little bit of everything. I have referred 2 people since to Dolphin and they have also bought pools. Thanks you Dolphin Pools for restoring my faith in the construction process.

STAY AWAY!!! Nice sales man but they don't tell you they're not doing the work. Had them resurface pool & spa and within 3 yrs the surface of the spa has crumbled and fallen off. Can't even us it anymore because it's dangerous. My granddaughter almost got hurt. No have to repay to get resurfaced. Called Dolphin and woman there said they'd sub-contracted out the job, subcontractor now out of business, so they're not responsible for repairs and wouldn't help me at all. When I complained to BBB they got them to remove complaint, when I complained with St AG they submitted altered copies of paperwork. I have my original copy and it looks nothing like what they submitted. STAY AWAY - if you use them it's at your own risk..

Real nice and will promise the world, untill they get your money ( which they want 3/4 of the total and only worked one day) then they treat you horrible..Won't return phone calls and when you are able to get them to answer you are lied to..We will be out today....We need to check on availability.... we'll call you right back.And you have to keep calling them.. When the pool was finally finished ( in twice the time I was told) I was not given a walk through even though I requested one and was at home at the time, he just snuck into the backyard and started it and left.I have multiple plumbing leaks and was told I need to have that fixed by a third party..I overpaid, I thought you probably pay for what you get,not in this case..Horrible My salesmen was a real slick talker Thom (pronounced Tom) and start up guy if you want to call him that was Kenny.The people who actually do the work are all subs who of course refer any questions you have back to Dolphin who won't answer your calls.The
