You pay for what you get! I paid more and received less. I paid $220 specifically for long, thin box braids and received thick, long hair that was half braided. Although I scheduled my appointment early in the week, 30 mins-1 hr. before my appointment Destiny contacted me to reschedule. I told her I could not re-schedule due to my husband having to take off work for this appointment. She then told me I could come an hour later instead of my original appointment , I cordially agreed. When booking my appointment with Destiny Hair Braiding, I thought it was a professional business / professional hair braider that knew how to part the hair correctly ( so the layers will hang correctly), add the correct amount of hair, cut ends correctly, and was capable of doing beautiful work. Sadly to say, I was disheartened to pay so much and not receive this quality of work. I am not sure whether she was trying to rush through this job to get to another appointment or what, because the work that was done on my daughters hair does look like a rush job. I worked hard for my money just like every one of you reading this review. It is disheartening to not receive what you have asked for and paid for. Please do not allow this company to scam you as well.

Follow up: I contacted Destiny regarding my concerns and I was going to be charged $50 then $25 instead to fix the braids and braid them to the end.
