I hired this company to remove two trees and plant another tree. They were professional and knowledgeable in giving me advice about the project and quoted me an affordable cost. I was very happy with the work they did and the yard was left immaculate.

Design Tree Maintenance did a fantastic job of removing two large willow acacias that were leaning precariously over our roof and also endangering our next door neighbor's house as well. They did the removals in an expert manner that avoided any mishaps to persons or property. They also trimmed another very large acacia for us and it looks beautiful.

We have used Design Tree for tree services since 2001 and they have always done excellent work for us. They arrive on time, expertly do the work as contracted and there are no surprises when the bill arrives. And it is all done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any tree services you might need.

I had an Ash tree removed. Tree Design Maintenance did a fantastic job. The Arborist that came to give me my estimate was very knowledgeable and informative. The team that came to remove the tree did a fantastic job, they were punctual, extremely efficient, and cleaned up leaving my yard better than they found it. I also had a citrus tree resized and I was blown away by the results. It is clear that these are professionals that take their jobs seriously. Would definitely hire again and recommend to those looking for a skilled team to handle your tree needs.

We had several large projects: fertilize & trim trees; shrubs removal & grinding of shrub stumps; installed 2 irrigation zones w/ timer & planter; gravel. Great job crew cleared everything and cleaned up afterwards. Professional job. Looks great.

Design Tree Maintenance did an outstanding job on my 4 trees: 2 ficus and 2 brazilian peppers. They provided me with a very competitive bid. I spoke with 3 other Arborist and Design Tree won our business due to the professionalism and competence of their Arborist Ben. The crew of Clay, Hector, Chris, Rodrigo and Stephen exceeded my expectations with their work. They were prompt and efficient. They did an outstanding job. My yard was immaculate when when they left. Very inconsiderate and dishonest people are working in this company. I could not back out of my driveway for at least 10 mins because their people who were working on my neighbors yard, parked their truck and wood chipper all the way up and blocked my entire driveway in order not to block their paying customer’s driveway. I honked and honked and while waiting, called the company’s phone number on the truck. A female representative claimed their truck broke down and unfortunately, right in front of my house. And it’s been there for a while now because they had to work on my neighbors yard earlier. First, I had not given her the address. Secondly, if the truck was there for a while, why haven’t any tow or repair company show up?? As I was on the phone, 3 of their employees showed up, dragging their feet and DID NOT even apologize and started the truck WITHOUT a problem and drove 50 feet to the open curbside of my cul-de-sac!! They went back to work on my neighbor’s yard. I realized the rep was giving excuses and chastised her for lying and she hung up on me.. I called back again and demanded to speak to their supervisor. They put me on hold for a long time and eventually young sounding man answered and apologized and said there is nothing they can do. Well, there is….if your truck is honestly broken down and is in the way of others, have the courtesy to have your worker inform the household and explain assistance will arrive shortly. The so-claimed supervisor over the phone, laughed and said perhaps….I do not care is there is any discount coupon available from this company. Personally, I will never pay a dime for services of a company who operates with such inconsideration and dishonesty!

We Contracted with Design Tree Maintenance to accomplish extensive replacement of plants and bushes, installation of a fountain and replacement of a twenty five year old drip system. the process began with, Mr. Ben Mcgonigle a certified arborist, with a clearly written and precise outline of all the work to be accomplished. The process continued with the owner, Mr. Robert Kett, a Certified Arborist, with his continual daily hands on supervision of the crew performing the work. The professionalism exhibited by all, including keeping the area neat and orderly during the entire operation, was to say the least amazing. The work was completed on time and within our budget and exceeded our expectations. I have given Design Tree Maintenance permission to allow any perspective customers to contact us. S. & B. Rubin
